Questions about Trading

What is a Broker?

The broker is the intermediary between buyers and sellers. When you sell, someone else is buying from you; and conversely, when you buy, you are buying from someone else.

What is Forex?

It is a global financial market without a physical location, where currencies are traded. Currencies are currencies such as the Euro, Dollar, Pound, Yen and others.

To know the value of a currency, it is necessary to compare it with another currency, which is why they are always traded in pairs. The most traded currency is the EUR/USD.

Let’s take an example: The EUR/USD is trading at 1.1000. This means that to buy 1 EURO you need 1,1000 USD.

What are signals?

These are investment opportunities. We study the market and send you the trades with all the data. The signals are sent with the entry price (price at which you have to open the operation).

Don’t worry if you are a beginner, we offer personalised attention, and we will answer any questions you may have.

What is leverage?

Leverage is a tool that allows you to trade larger sums with only a part of the sum at your disposal. For example, with a leverage of 1:100 you can carry out trades with a volume of €100,000, having only €1,000 of capital.

This is a double-edged sword, because it allows us to make money faster, but the risk is higher.

What is a PIP and how much is it worth?

The smallest movement an exchange rate can make. It is the unit in which profit or loss is measured.

The value of a pip is not exact, it depends on the currency pair we trade and the value of that currency at any given time.

If we trade the currency EUR/USD with a lot of 0.01. A movement of one pip would be approximately 0.10 USD.

If we trade with a lottage of 0.10, for every one pip movement it would be 1 USD approximately.

If we trade with a lot of 1.00, each movement of one pip would be approximately 10 USD.

To have the exact data of the value of a pip in each currency I recommend you to Google “Trading Calculator” and do the calculation.

What are Stop Loss and Take Profit?

The Stop Loss (SL) is the price at which the trade is automatically closed at a loss. This is the value that we will set from the beginning to secure our trades.

The Take Profit (TP) is the price at which the trade is automatically closed with profit. We offer 3 TP.
